For twelve years, Chaim Weiss and Steve Tress operated six early childhood education centers across New York City,  managing multi million dollar contracts with government agencies, meeting compliance standards, and designing sophisticated safety and educational processes to provide superior care to the newborns, toddlers, and preschool children enrolled in their centers.

With hands-on experience in successful management, meeting compliance, obtaining approvals, and understanding market needs – when to grow, where to go — Chaim and Steve invested in real estate, purchasing and managing multifamily properties in the tristate area.

Like everyone, they noticed the ecommerce trend. As innovative thinkers and astute real estate investors, they acted on it,  successfully acquiring and developing an industrial property in central New Jersey. Building strong relationships with brokers, planning professionals, and lenders, that first opportunity led to others, in a wave that only accelerated in an increasingly e-commerce driven world.
